1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the FileMaster application ("App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Description of Service

FileMaster provides various file management and conversion tools including, but not limited to, PDF scanning, Image to PDF conversion, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), and Background Removal. The app's processing is primarily performed locally on your device.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Auto-Renewal

FileMaster offers optional "FileMaster PRO" auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Monthly and Yearly plans) to unlock premium features.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. Limitation of Liability

FileMaster and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
