FileMaster is designed with your privacy in mind. We believe that your files belong to you. All file conversions, OCR (Optical Character Recognition) text extractions, document scanning, and background removal processes are executed locally on your device. We do not upload your documents, images, videos, or PDFs to any external servers.
If you choose to purchase a "FileMaster PRO" subscription, your payment is processed directly and securely by Apple through your Apple ID account. We do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or personal financial details. Apple manages all transactions and auto-renewals in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Since the App operates offline and processes data locally, we do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number during normal use.
If you contact our support team via email, we may use your email address solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and improving our services.
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, primarily for necessary app functionalities (e.g., Apple StoreKit for processing subscriptions). We encourage you to review Apple's privacy policy for more information on how they handle your data.
